We encourage our
customers to stay in touch as part of our 'family'. We
receive many letters and photos of our babies as they go
to their new homes. We would like to share some of
these letters with you as recommendations of, not only
how wonderful Red River Bobi's babies are, but how very
unique the Pixie Bob breed is! Please enjoy and let us
know if you have any questions.

Subject: received e-mail
hello there, I received your
e-mail; My boyfriend liked the
little boy we are absolutely
thrilled with him. Phil really
wanted to get a kitten from you
because you were so helpful to
us. Because of his schedule,
making arrangements was really
hard, this past Saturday was
even hard to do, but we are very
happy. We also talked about
another female down the road, if
this is something you would like
to do. Thank you so much for
all your help.

We want to
thank Bill for adopting these two
wonderful girls. They were purchased at
l6 weeks but due to their owner's job
status they became available for
adoption at a year old. Adopting young
adults or adults can be different as
they usually have bonded with their
former owners. So finding the right
placement for these girls was very
important. At Red River Bobis the right
placement for our cats far out weighs
any financial consideration. We do not
raise our PixieBobs for the money but
for the love. After screening many
applicants, we were thrilled to meet
Bill who drove l2 hours one way to pick
up the girls. The biggest test was if
he met the approval of our other
Pixiebobs as this breed is highly
intelligent and sensitive to people and
can tell us a lot more about people than
we may know. All of my girls loved Bill
and gave him their paw of approval. I
am happy to say that Lucy and Lacy have
found a wonderful home and are starting
to bond and have a long life ahead of
them to spend with Bill.
Than you,
Bill, for adopting the girls and we
enjoyed meeting you. Thanks to Clem for
posting the girls on his site for
adoption and helping us find a great
home for the girls. We look forward to
working with both of you in the future.
Please see latest update and photo

Maranda
and Ron,
Greetings from Georgia, Lacy is adapting
well. Lucy is keeping an eye on me from time
to time I think she is evaluating whether or
not she likes it here. They both get along
great with the other kitties. Here are pics
of the two. Let me know how everything is
going out there. William |

Subject: "Max " One Fast Cat!
Maranda,
Hi! Its very hard to get a picture of
this very fast high wire computer
walking cat. We will try to send more
soon. We can't love him more. He has a
show cat strut and we think sometimes he
can turn that head all the way around.
Max's has the most beautiful eyes. Guess
you can tell how much we love him.
Always
Linda
P.S. Dr.
Cooper said to be sure he did not go
outside, He looks to much like a bob
cat. In fact there is one in re-habitat
in Arlington, Tx. that is a beautiful
Bobcat and guess what his name is if you
guessed Max you would be right.

Hi
Maranda!
Ziggy is adjusting very
well to her new home. She is so playful
and curious and we absolutely love her!
I am taking her to the Vet today to get
checked out. I thought that you might
enjoy a picture of her (I will send many
more as we take them). She loves to
sleep on us! :)

The vet visit went
very well today. Ziggy is in great
health and she was a very easy-going
patient. :) The vet clinic
information is listed below. She is
continuing to do well, slowly coming
out of her shell, exploring the
apartment and meeting our other
animals!! I am truly in love! :)
Best wishes,
Ariele

Maranda,
You
haven’t sent pictures of his brother to me
yet but I would love to see them. His
altering went well, no problems. We are
missing Mittens at the moment because I had
to drop him off yesterday at the vet to be
boarded while we are in Florida. We all
miss him terribly, he is soooooooooo sweet
and boy does he love my husband! They are
best buddies.
J
I’ll e-mail you when I get back. Take
care. Thanks for giving us the best little
boy in the world! We love him to pieces.

Hi Maranda,
I am very sorry i have not gotten back to you
sooner, things have been crazy for me these last
three or four weeks. The boy is doing so
great. His name is Saber, and he is wonderful.
he is so loving all he wants to do is run around
( it sounds like a horse galloping ) and then
flop down beside you and be loved on. He has got
a ferocious appetite, and he is getting so big.
his color is starting to lighten up and his feet
keep growing. My mother said his head is to
small for his body....hahaha. He is super
healthy. . I am so happy with him. I will try
and gets some pics to send to you.

Subject: Re: Kittens for
sale
My
name is Lindsay I purchased a male
pixiebob kitten for my mother for
mother's day a few years ago from
you and I'm looking to get another
one for myself. I prefer a female
but am interested in any kittens you
have. If you could email me pictures
and info on kittens if you have ones
available I would greatly appreciate
it!
The male is doing
great! She named him Bozzy after
Boswell since that's where I got
him. He's so big and so well
mannered. I have a 2 year old son
and I want one that'll want to play
with us. But he is the sweetest
thing, he'll just let you rub and
pet him for hours! You know I'd
prefer a longer coat (shaggy) but
I'm really not that picky about it.
Your girl is adorable I just love
them they're so cute!! Well I had a
cat in our house previously and
after my son was born I found her a
loving home and I've wanted another
one for some time now and I've
finally convinced my husband to let
us have one, so our anniversary is
next week and he agreed to a
kitten. But he's like me and wants
a pixiebob. I was so worried because
when I went to search for your
website I couldn't find it, (http://redriverbobis.com)
and I tried several different search
phrases and after I went by my
parents I found the paperwork from
Bozzy and thats how I ended up
finding you. And I was so relieved!
I was afraid you were no longer
breeding them.
Thanks so much!
Lindsay

Saw the “off” the wall notes by
your web site! Who is this nut! I’m here to tell
anyone who would come close to believing any of
that psycho’s babble about you, that none of that
has one iota of truth to it.
We have ordered & received two of
the coolest Pixie Bob kittens on the planet. No
fuss, no bother and we still keep in contact with
them and check on the new babies etc.
Maranda & Clarice are very
professional, nice, cool and above all “real”.
They know their animals intimately and they know
and do business well.
Unfortunately there are some real
weirdo’s in all parts of the country and whoever
this kook is, she sure is being missed by some
village up there!
